Performance Model

Pay For Results, Not For Retainers

We invest our own capital to generate your leads. Most agencies bill you on the first of the month whether the phone rings or not. This is the opposite arrangement, and it is why this page is an application rather than a checkout.

The Problem

Why we built it this way

Most marketing agreements put the risk on the business owner. You pay the retainer, the work happens, and whether it produces a single booked job is your problem. If it does not work, you have already paid for it.

The Performance Model moves that risk onto us. We fund the work that generates your leads, so we only take on campaigns we believe will produce. Your incentive and ours point the same direction from the first day.

The Rule: we do not take on a partner we cannot make profitable. That is the whole reason for the questions further down this page.

How It Works

Four steps, and none of them start with an invoice

01

You apply

The form at the bottom of this page takes about three minutes. It asks what you do, what an average job is worth to you, and how you handle a lead once it arrives.

02

We check the market

We look at real search demand in your area, what your competitors are already spending, and whether the volume is there to make this work for both of us. If it is not, we will tell you.

03

We build and fund it

Landing pages, call tracking, local search, and paid placement. Built on our side and paid for out of our pocket.

04

You pay on results

Not on impressions, not on clicks, and not on a monthly retainer that arrives regardless.

Qualification

This model is not for everyone

We fund the front end, so a bad fit costs us as much as it costs you. Here is exactly what we screen for.

Who this works for

Who this does not work for

Your Side Of It

What we need from you

Three things, and none of them are money up front.

Answer the phone

Every lead we generate is a real person who called or filled in a form because they have a problem today.

Follow up fast

Under five minutes is the target. The difference between five minutes and one hour is the difference between a booked job and a competitor booking it.

Tell us the truth

Your real revenue per job and your real capacity are what we use to decide whether this is profitable for both of us. An inflated number does not get you accepted, it gets you a campaign that cannot pay for itself.

Performance Partner Application

We invest our own capital to generate your leads. To ensure this partnership is profitable for both of us, we need to verify a few details about your business.
